what in the world IS that?
That's a fauconer.
Or falconer,
In snowed woods lovely, dark and deep.
Swinging a baited line like a lasso
to train his bird.
The bait seems to be a black squirrel.
The artist has captured the moment
just when the peregrine has struck at the bait.
Actually,
His name is Chris Mcnally
and he's in the IRA
(Note: Black balaclava and automatic weapon holstered on left hip)
He's swinging a house cat on a
leash up on frozen Eagle Lake in an effort to knock down a seagull for supper.
In the name of all that's holy, boys, it's time to end this thing.
