
Suffering withdrawal symptoms from the Food Shack...and remembering the shackatizers... Tripletail Ceviche with apples, capers, tomato peppers, orange juice and radish... corn shrimp fritters with tomatillo, mango salad with honey-chili lime sauce...and of course... the fried tuna basil roll served on spicy fruit with wasabi dipping sauce. It must be lunch time.
