Roasting Plum Tomatoes


this time of year
i love to cook.
maybe it's the chilly
weather. yesterday i
roasted plum tomatoes.
slicing them in half,
drizzling them with
olive oil and then
sprinkling them with
coarse salt and pepper
and roasting them for a long, long, long time. they
become these highly concentrated, intense little
tomatoes and all you need with them for an
incredible meal is some italian bread, cheese and
red wine. yum.
